Indiramma Indlu ₹10,000 Refund Status 2026: Check EMD Refund & Bank Account Details

Indiramma Indlu ₹10,000 Refund Status 2026:

The Indiramma Indlu ₹10,000 refund is related to the refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) paid by applicants for the Indiramma Indlu Housing Towers in the CURE (Hyderabad) area. Applicants paid ₹10,000 as a refundable deposit along with the ₹100 application fee.

According to the official Telangana Housing Board (TGHB) brochure, the ₹100 application fee is non-refundable, while the ₹10,000 EMD is refundable if the applicant is not allotted a flat.

The Telangana Housing Board has now provided an online facility for non-selected applicants to choose the bank account in which they want to receive the refund. The latest official notice states that applicants could choose an Aadhaar-linked bank account instead of the account originally used for payment.

Indiramma Indlu 10000 Refund Status

What is the Indiramma Indlu ₹10,000 Refund?

The ₹10,000 amount is not a monthly benefit or housing subsidy. It was collected as a refundable deposit/EMD at the time of applying for the Indiramma Indlu flats.

The official brochure specifies:

PaymentAmountRefund
Application Fee₹100Non-refundable
Refundable Deposit (EMD)₹10,000Refundable if not allotted

The brochure also states that the application fee and refundable deposit were payable at the application stage.

Therefore, applicants should not confuse the ₹10,000 EMD refund with the government’s housing subsidy of ₹5 lakh mentioned for the flats.

How to Check Indiramma Indlu Application Status

Applicants can check their Indiramma Indlu CURE-area application/allotment status through the Telangana Housing Board’s official website.

Steps to check status

  1. Visit the Telangana Housing Board official website.
  2. Open the Indiramma Indlu – CURE Area application status facility.
  3. Enter the required application details.
  4. Submit the details.
  5. Check whether the application is shown as selected or non-selected.

The Telangana Housing Board currently provides an online “Know your application status for Indiramma Indlu towers” facility on its website.

Applicants who are shown as non-selected can then proceed with the refund-related instructions provided by TGHB.

How to Check or Select the Refund Bank Account

The Telangana Housing Board has created a dedicated refund facility for non-selected applicants.

To use the facility:

  1. Open the official TGHB refund account option page.
  2. Enter the mobile number used while submitting the application.
  3. Click Send OTP.
  4. Enter the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
  5. Follow the instructions displayed on the portal.
  6. Select the applicable bank-account option for receiving the ₹10,000 refund.

The official TGHB portal specifically provides the mobile-number and OTP facility for this purpose.

What If the ₹10,000 Refund Has Not Been Received?

If you are a non-selected applicant and the ₹10,000 has not yet been credited, first check the following:

  • Confirm that your application was not selected in the lottery.
  • Check the bank account that was originally used for payment.
  • If you selected the Aadhaar-linked account, check that account as well.
  • Verify that the mobile number used for the application is active.
  • Keep your application/payment details available for reference.
  • Check the Telangana Housing Board website for further refund updates.

The official TGHB website lists its office at Gruhakalpa, M.J. Road, Nampally, Hyderabad, along with contact numbers 040-2460 3571 to 3575.

Importantly, the currently available official refund page is primarily an account-option facility. It should not be described as a separate transaction-by-transaction refund tracker unless TGHB publishes such a facility.

Applicants who paid the ₹10,000 EMD and were not allotted a flat under the CURE-area Indiramma Indlu housing project are eligible for the refund, subject to the Housing Board’s process.
